Coronavirus Omicron Variant Highlights: When the Covid-19 case shows a sustainable downward trend throughout the country, the center has asked the state and the area of the union to review, change or eliminate additional Covid-19 limits. The central government has asked to do so after considering new case trends and the level of participants in their area, stating the downward trend in the national case trajectory. India has recorded 25,920 new Covid-19 cases in a 24-hour period, according to data issued by the Union Ministry of Health on February 17. With this, the calculation of the Coronavirus case confirmed in the country has reached 4,27,80,235. Coronavirus case actively stood at 2,92,092 in this country. The death toll has risen to 5.10.905 with 492 daily fatality, data is updated at 8 am. The cumulative amount of the covid-19 vaccine dose given in this country has passed 174.64 crores, according to the Ministry of Health. Of these, more than 37.86 lakh doses were given in the last 24 hours, the ministry said.
