In the change of awkward events, the efforts of Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif who failed to carry out his headphones aroused laughter from Russian President Vladimir Putin during their meeting yesterday during the Regional Summit in Uzbekistan.

The device fell from Mr Sharif’s ears during their conversation in Samarkand where the 222th Summit from the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) was taking place. This triggered laughter finally and heard from Putin.

Initially, the Prime Minister of Pakistan needed time to improve his headphone and asked an official to help because Putin was waiting for the dialogue to begin. But when they were about to start their meeting, it fell from his ear, and the Russian President could not control the laughter that was suppressed but heard.

Mr. Sharif faced criticism on social media with workers former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan who claimed the incident was a “shame” for the country.

This is the first direct summit from SCO in two years, eliminating Covid’s fear. It was being attended by leaders from eight member countries, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi who reached Samarkand last night.

During their meeting, Putin told Sharif that Russia could supply gas to Pakistan because the required infrastructure was already there. Russia and Pakistan have other very interesting and ambitious projects, especially in the energy sector, the PTI News Agency quotes Putin.
