It stated that it would scale battle around Kyiv after fresh talk between Russia and Ukraine.
Pentagon said Russia had failed in the purpose of capturing Kyiv and beat Ukraine, but could still attack Kyiv, because the strike was still ongoing.
In peace talks, which was held in Istanbul, the Ukrainian delegation emphasized neutrality where security would be guaranteed by a group of countries, not NATO, while the Russian team announced that they would reduce military activities towards Kyiv and Chernihiv.
Vladimir Medinsky, Head of Russian negotiator, said the talks were “constructive” and Russia were willing to consider the president’s meeting at the same time with the Foreign Minister met to start the initial agreement
US Secretary Antony Blinken suggested indications of Russian withdrawal can be Moscow’s efforts to “deceive people and suspend attention.”
