Some countries have announced the cancellation of the Board exam after leading CBSE to protect students from Coronavirus infection. CBSE and other educational boards say they will come with an alternative mechanism to assess student shows. However, the Head of Minister of Assam Himanta Buswa Sarma said the State would conduct a council test in mid-July if the covid-19 front level in the country fell below 2% on July 1.
“Question papers tend to be multiple choices, allowing students to print good grades. The exam will be held after the Covid-19 protocol provides a level of participants to drop below 2%. If above, we will ask for school to evaluate students,” he said last week.
The students, who seek to join other petitions on the same problem proposed earlier at the Supreme Court, also questioned the logic of the state and said that the level of participants on July 1 may not have relevance to the date when the test was proposed to be done.
