Kremlin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the Russian delegation included officials from foreign ministries and defense and President Vladimir Putin’s office.
The Russian delegation has arrived in Belarus for talks with Ukraine, a Kremlin spokesman quoted by the IFAX news agency said on Sunday, the first negotiations since Russia began an invasion on February 24.
A spokesman for Dmitry Peskov said the Russian delegation included officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Defense and Office of President Vladimir Putin, and were waiting for their Ukrainian colleagues in the city of Gomel Belarus.
