Some Netflix regions are scheduled to receive a long 80 minute documentary Django & Django – Sergio Corbucci who are not learned in the coming weeks because the streamer takes a license to Doc 2021 which is prime at the Venice Film Festival.

The documentary functions as a love letter to the Western Italian Director Sergio Corbucci, known as a variety of Western, including the great silence (1968), pay army (1968), and it was clear to the involvement of Tarantino in this documentary, Django (1966).

Quentin Tarantino is no stranger to the Western genre with two entries in the genre including eight (2015) hatred and once again, related to this documentary, Django Unchaine (2012).

This is the official synopsis for the film provided by Netflix:

“Through an interview with the filmmaker Quentin Tarantino and Ruggero Deodato, this documentary explores the legacy of the Spaghetti Western Sergio Corbucci.”

We currently do not have a release date for a documentary on Netflix but remember it now appears in the Netflix section that will be coming soon, it will be in the next 31 days. Both Netflix in the United States and the UK will carry documents.

The documentary was first released back in September to most of the positive reviews even though most outlets seemed to show that Tarantino brought a documentary. Indiewire mainly states that Tarantino should be more involved in the project that he “should be the director”.

Hollywood reporter has a similar sentiment that says that Doc has his heart “in the right place but with very little Poland”.

This documentary is distributed by Rome-based distributors, Lucky Red.

If you like this kind of documentary that looks into the history of the cinema, you will want to go and check Voir, a new series produced by David Fincher. Like this doc, it features a testimony of film lovers and although not the same as Tarantino express her love for the film, it is still worth watching.

Will you check Django & Django when arriving at Netflix? Tell us in the comments.
