Russian-Ukrainian War: Russia said during specialized military operations in Ukraine, the Kyiv regime was found to have hid traces of military biological programs carried out by funding from the United States Department of Defense.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Maria Zakharova said Wednesday Moscow did not work to bring down the Ukrainian government because some progress had been made in three rounds of talks held between Russia and Ukraine. In his weekly direction, Zakharova said Moscow had documentary evidence that Bioyeapons were being developed in Ukraine by the United States.
Referring to US statements under the Secretary of State for political affairs Victoria Nuland, Maria Zakharova said that in response to a question, Nuland has confirmed the existence of laboratories for biological research.
“We don’t talk here about peaceful use or scientific purposes,” Zakharova said. “What are you doing there?” “This (program) is funded by the US Department of Defense.”
“The US Department of Defense and the American President’s Administration is obliged to officially explain to the global community, officially, not through the head of speaking, about programs in Ukraine,” Maria Zakharova said.
“We demand details,” he said. “We demanded and the world waited,” Zakharova said.
Both the Pentagon and Ukraine have denied allegations of bio-weapons.
