New Delhi: India has reported 62,224 new cases of Covid in the last 24 hours, slightly higher than yesterday’s figures. The death count rose to 3,79,573 with 2,542 fresh fatalities. The DIP comes in the midst of warnings from a resurgence in cases with the flexibilization of the curbs.

1. With the fresh cases of Covid, the count on the country’s cases has risen to more than 2.96 million drums, according to the Ministry of the Union of Health.
