Prime Minister Narendra Modi will leave a special address on the agenda of Davos Davos World Economic (WEF) on Monday. According to the WEF website, the address is scheduled to take place at 1600 hours of Central European time (CET) or 8:30 a.m.

This event was detained in virtual mode from January 17-21 because of Coronavirus (Covid-19) Pandemic.

Several state heads will overcome the event including Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio, Australia Prime Minister Scott Morrison, Indonesian President Joko Widodo, Israeli Prime Minister Naphtali Bennett, Chinese President Xi Jinping, and Ursua von der Leyen.

This event will also witness the participation of top industry leaders, international organizations, and civil society, which will negotiate the critical challenges faced by the world today and discuss how to overcome it.

According to the WEF agenda website, the virtual plenya will be harmonized with the aim of the annual meeting “orienting global leaders to the imperative next year”.

Geneva-based WEF said radically different pandemic experiences had exacerbated the global division, while vaccine injustice, combined with new strains, also slowed down the recovery of the international economy. Now urging all world leaders to prioritize proactive collaboration.

The WEF has held an annual meeting at the Swiss Ski Resort in Davos every year, but has been suspended due to Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

KTT ‘Davos Agenda’ online for a week was detained in its place. Two virtual peaks are expected in the online summit – one in Covid-19 and the second on technology cooperation in the fourth industrial revolution.

There will be an energy transition session, improve climate innovation and Latin American views.

Other registered speakers for the online summit are: Secretary of the US Treasury Janet L Yellen, Imf Director of the IMF Crystalina Georgieva and European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde.

Dialogue will be a stepping stone for an annual meeting in Davos, scheduled for early summer.
